Who we are

This notice explains how Big 7 Group, the group name for Light Up 7 Sdn Bhd, Sevenue Sdn Bhd and Video Production Sdn Bhd (together, "Big 7 Group", "we", "us") handle personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA), as amended. Big 7 Group is not itself a registered company: the company you deal with is responsible for your data.

Event data where we run registration or check-in for a client, such as attendee names and QR scans, processed on that client's instructions.

How we use it

To reply to enquiries and prepare proposals.
To deliver the services you or your organisation engage us for.
To assess job applications.
To improve this website and our services.
To meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations.

We will not use your details for marketing without your consent, and you can opt out at any time.

Within Big 7 Group, so that the right company can respond. With service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email and form providers, under confidentiality obligations. With authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside Malaysia

Some of our service providers may store data outside Malaysia. Where this happens we take steps to make sure the data is protected to a standard comparable to the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
